Creative New Year Resolutions

It's now a couple of weeks into 2011, so I thought I'd best just get down in words what I have planned for the year.

In 2010, I completed my first novel, CRYSTAL BUDDHA: Sake, Drugs,  & Rock'n'Roll in Tokyo, and in 2011, I intend to complete my second novel, which will also be set in Tokyo (I write about places and things that excite me. That's what helps keep me motivated).

I also need to keep on learning Japanese with my Rosetta Stone course, so that if the opportunity to live in Japan does crop up, I'm not totally lost with the language. I also have Hiragana and Katakana flashcards from White Rabbit Press that are helping with the reading and writing part of it.

I'm sure that during the course of the year, other creative ideas might pop into my head (I'd still like to progress with my animation and music projects), but for now, the second novel is the task to focus on.
